Old Greenwich (USA) - private house

For this private house, located in Old Greenwich, Connecticut (USA) we have supported the architect by choosing together some design pieces for the furniture, designing the kitchen, the bathrooms and some of the doors.

In the great and bright entrance area it has been placed a Bliss Ultimate rug in undyed model by CC-Tapis, one Hector bookcase by Molteni&C with bronze structure and smoked glass shelves and a Bell Side Table by ClassiCon; a Mitica door with two horizontal bars by ADL, connects the entrance with the pantry where have been mounted two wall units with burnished finish that are part of the composition of the travertine kitchen by Rossana Cucine.

In the dining/living area has been placed one D.859.1 table designed by Gio Ponti and six MHC.3 Miss chair by Molteni&C, both with natural ash structure, while six Spine Wood stools by Fredericia have been matched with the kitchen peninsula. The room is completed with a Bowy modular sofa and two Utrecht armchairs by Cassina and three Louisa coffee tables by Molteni&C, in three different sizes and finishes, and one Haze rug by CC-Tapis.

Close to the previously described environment, in the family room, there is a Dots rug by Warli, an Octave modular sofa with pewter base, Wiluna fabric cover and leather headrest and tray and an Alisee coffee table with glossy old gold frame, top in marble and bottom in eucalyptus by Molteni&C; a low coffee table Rio, in the natural oak and marble version, two Back-Wing armchairs in leather and a LC14 Taburet Cabanon stool by Cassina.

The studio has been set with a Diamond soie rug by CC-tapis a Ghiacciolo Ponte table by Glas Italia, an Indochine armchair by Cassina and a Guscioalto Light armchair by Flexform.

The bathrooms of this house are tailored with floors and walls unique finishing. The powder room has been decorated with Salvatori's product in Carrara White marble: the elegant Stone Parquet marble flooring and Plissé marble wall texture; one Balnea freestanding basin and an oval Mirari mirror.

The master bathroom has been decorated with Stone Parquet marble flooring by Salvatori, in Silk Georgette finish, an Iceland bathtub in white Cristalplant by Boffi, two Quadro mirror by Salvatori placed above the two sinks while the shower walls has been set with Plissé marble wall texture in Silk Georgette by Salvatori.

The patio of the house has been furnished with several Flexform's products: a Vulcano sofa with stainless steel structure and polypropylene rope, two Ortigia armchairs with Iroko structure, two Alison armchairs with white structure and anthracite grey back, one Fly coffee table and one Fly side table with silver beola top, a Monreale dining table in iroko wood with eight Ortigia Outdoor chairs with frame in iroko and polypropylene rope in sand color.
