Viggo Boesen on Classicdesign.it
Viggo Boesen is a relatively little known Danish architect who contributed to the construction of Danish design in the golden age of the 1930s.
His works reflect Scandinavian "Funkis" style, a Nordic take on Art Deco, and have brought new forms of upholstered furniture.
Although a few of his of his products were produced, Boesen’s ideas, organic forms and languages were precursors to Denmark’s subsequent stance on modernism in the decades that followed.
