Little Petra armchair is designed by Viggo Boesen for &Tradition with frame in solid beech and plywood, padded in HR foam and polyester wadding, with upholstery in fabric or sheepskin. Oak or walnut solid wood legs, with oil finishing, fitted with felt gliders. With or without matching footrest.
The design of the Little Petra armchair dates back to 1938 and was immediately successful in fact, it has first won praise at the Cabinet makers Guild Exhibition in Copenhagen and then has won awards at exhibits in New York and Berlin, achieving international success. Little Petra is one of the few projects of the designer Boesen recently rediscovered and products; it represents a great classic of Danish design, emblem of the "funkis style" and the peculiar approach to Scandinavian functionalism, which has recently returned to fashion worldwide. &Tradition has been able to update the shapes of the Little Petra armchair, transforming it into one of its masterpieces product, which can be used to decorate any environment.
