Architect, designer, and master of visual communication, Pierluigi Cerri left an indelible mark on the world of design through a career defined by intellectual rigor, elegance, and multidisciplinary vision. A graduate of the Politecnico di Milano, he co-founded Gregotti Associati in 1974, contributing to major international architectural and cultural projects.
His refined design language seamlessly blends structure and emotion—equally evident in editorial graphics and product design. A pioneer in brand identity, he shaped the visual presence of iconic names such as Prada, Ferrari, Pirelli, and Unifor, while also collaborating with leading Italian furniture companies including B&B Italia, Poltrona Frau, Molteni & C., Fontana Arte, Arflex, and Fusital.
In 1998, he founded Cerri & Associati, a studio embracing a holistic approach to architecture, interior, industrial and naval design, as well as exhibition and museum installations. His work has earned numerous awards, including the prestigious Compasso d’Oro and the International Superyacht Award.
