The Due Più armchair, designed by Nanda Vigo, represents an authentic statement of intent, an expression of her unmistakable Future-oriented style. This iconic piece is configured as the perfect synthesis of the two souls that characterize the designer's work: on the one hand, the “esprit de géométrie,” evident in the rigorous minimal metal structure that plays with the reflection of light; on the other hand, a visionary and eccentric spirit, capable of breaking the mould of traditional design.
The small armchair stands out for its enigmatic and surprising shape, in which two rollers seem almost suspended in the void, giving it a unique physiognomy. Despite its essential, almost sculptural appearance, Due Più surprises with its ergonomics and comfort in all its variations of use: from the traditional seat, to the side seat with support on the upper roller, to the reverse seat, in which the backrest becomes an ideal support for the forearms.
Today, the armchair has been reinterpreted with an innovative and sustainable approach, adopting a steel frame and fur upholstery made from food industry waste. This update not only renews the design, but also fits perfectly into the concept of circular economy, reflecting the values of sustainability that characterize contemporary thinking.
