Briccole Venezia table is designed by Matteo Thun for Riva 1920 with turned legs, circular section, through-passing on the top and oblique; top in solid Briccola planks, not glued, with natural sides.
The number of the planks depends on their width and on the top’s dimension and the position of the legs may change according to the characteristics of each single plank of the top.
The Briccole Venezia table is inspired by the Grand Canal and the gondolier stops. Each table is a unique piece, created with the sections of the typical Venetian briccole, the shape of the individual boards and the top can therefore vary according to the characteristics of the trunk used. Riva 1920 has decided to give a third life to this material, launching a collection of furniture built using this wood that tempered by salt, exposed to the weather and sculpted by shipworms, becomes over time an absolutely unique wood, precious, romantic and noble.
Thanks to its very particular design, with oblique legs that fit together at the top recalling the typical Venetian lagoon landscape, the Briccole Venezia table can be placed in any living room transforming the ambience into a real work of art.
