Archibald Dining Chair is designed by Jean-Marie Massaud for Poltrona Frau with structure in rigid polyurethane obtained from moulding, seat frame in birch plywood, suspension in elastic belts and padding in soft polyurethane foam and polyester wadding, with upholstery in fabric or leather with contrasting stitching. Base available in solid ash wood or with four conical legs in burnished or titanium powder-coated steel.
The chair with a metal base is also available in a large version while chair with a wooden base is also available with a swivel mechanism.
The Archibald armchair is the latest addition to the iconic, eponymous seating collection, a small masterpiece of domestic design that embodies timeless elegance. Its sculpted, contemporary silhouette is softened by impeccable tailoring details, such as the rich folds on the inside of the leather backrest or the hint of an armrest left slightly open. In the leather models, precious contrast stitching discreetly emphasises the sinuous curve of the back and profiles.
The different bases available make the Archibald Dining Chair a versatile solution, the ideal furnishing accessory for modern and classic settings, thanks to its casual charm and comfort.
