Aida is an armchair that stands out for its soft and graceful lines that evoke the corolla of a flower. The armrests of the chair open and curve outwards like petals, giving a sense of lightness and naturalness. The simple geometries outline a delicate but at the same time strongly characterized volumetry, creating a familiar form that, thanks to the incisiveness of the sign, appears new and modern.
With the Aida armchair, Roberto Lazzeroni has managed to create a harmonious balance between tradition and innovation, giving life to a piece of furniture that stands out for its elegance and modernity, while maintaining a link with the past. Inspired by the furniture of the 50s, this design armchair recalls the clean shapes and the combination of fabrics and leather typical of that period. In this refined oscillation between past and present, The chair combines traditional production techniques with contemporary materials and solutions.
