Living Box Container is designed by Vincent Van Duysen for Molteni with supporting structure in tubular painted metal on which are fixed shoulders, backrest and base made with wooden brushes covered with Oak or Eucalyptus wood veneer. Top with frame in painted, extruded and die-cast aluminium with underside in wood particles with melamine finishing and top insert in marble or wood, covered in Oak or Eucalyptus.
Drawer or Tape module, 67,5 or 110 cm lenght, in wood with melamine coating painted or covered with oak or eucalyptus veneer.
Equipped with a gap that allows the passage of cables and electrical connections. Available in four sizes and two versions: wall or middle of the room with wood back.
New 2025 version: the interior space is divided and delimited by “Stripe” model sliding doors, already used in Molteni&C Kitchen Dada Engineered kitchens, made with an essence frame and a central glass.
Living Box is a low but large doorless rectangular container, designed as a standalone piece of furniture, suitable for any room, but particularly to decorate the living area of the house. The container is characterized by a linear design in which, given the absence of doors, exterior and interior are opposed through the use of different materials and the outside is characterized by a large surface with marble and essences used to decorate.
The Eucalyptus or Oak panels in the new Sunrise finish cover the structure and delimit the perimeter. Sunrise oak is characterized by a very light shade expertly made by Molteni's cabinetmakers and is further enhanced thanks to a particular brushing finishing.
The container is illuminated by a LED light system and can be equipped with one or more drawers, with iris and pewter finish or wood, resting on the lower shelf and positioned anywhere in the compartment, giving rise to multiple configurations and a particular game of volumes.
The system is completed with a Tape technical container to meet specific needs related to the world of video equipment - HIFI.
