Muecke Wood chair is designed by Jonathan Muecke for Knoll, featuring a solid wood frame, with a seat and backrest in curved, sliced-veneered plywood, finished to match the frame. Available with or without armrests.
Muecke chair, part of the Muecke Wood collection, reinterprets the tradition of domestic seating through a minimalist and contemporary design language. The natural beauty of the wood and the rhythmic repetition of cylindrical elements define a sculptural design, in which every form finds its balance in simplicity. Inspired by the familiarity of kitchen chairs, Muecke expresses an authentic vision of design, where the material takes centre stage and the purity of the geometries becomes a distinctive feature. A chair with a discreet and timeless character, capable of bringing a sense of harmony, warmth and natural elegance to the dining area.
