The Stadera table-desk is designed by Franco Albini for Cassina with two adjoining tops—a main one and a side one—both trapezoidal in shape and with different depths, framed by a perimeter profile. A leather desk pad, available in various color options, can also be added to the main top. The base is made of matte black painted steel.
Originally created for the Mercenaro house in Genoa, this single-leg desk plays with balance, achieved through the asymmetry of its arms, much like the scale from which it takes its name.
