The Novanta kitchen, designed by Piero Lissoni for Boffi, with a modular system of Xila base units designed for island configurations.
The standard-height base units are 54 cm high and are available exclusively with pull-out opening.
They feature 23 mm-thick doors with integrated handle strips in extruded aluminium, available in white or black lacquer, stainless steel, or matching the door finish.
The square-edged worktop is available with a maximum depth of 126 cm, in stainless steel, natural stone and composite materials. The plinth, made of melamine-faced board, is 30 cm high and can be finished in all available materials and finishes.
On the occasion of Boffi's 90th anniversary, Piero Lissoni presented Novanta, an island with a strong architectural and sculptural character, expressing a visionary approach to kitchen design.
The distinctive recessed plinth creates a refined floating effect, making the entire volume appear to hover in space. A project with a striking visual presence, where formal rigour and technology meet in a sophisticated balance, embodying Boffi's ability to push beyond the boundaries of industrial design.
