The K2/ K3/ K4 kitchens designed by Norbert Wangen for Boffi are made of a single stand-alone monobloc with laterally sliding worktop realizable in stainless steel, corian and wood, disclosing the fixed working surface in stainless steel. Base units, realized in the same material of the sliding worktop and with internal structure in aluminium and gray-graphite oak, do not require any handle as the doors are opened through the upper bevelled edge.
The kitchens are proposed in three different sizes:
K2: L 2341 (with open sliding top: 3530 mm)
K3: L 2000 (with open sliding top: 2895 mm)
K4: L 1596 (with open sliding top: 2480 mm)
K series represents an innovative and rivolutionary project of the concept of compact kitchen: a monobloc that has all the features to cook and in the meantime to serve and share food. The upper top unveils the worktop funtionalities (sink and cooktop) with its lateral sliding, transforming from a simple and essential block into a real kitchen with snack bar.
