43 Lounge Chair is designed by Alvar Aalto for Artek in 1937 with frame in natural lacquered birch and seat composed by natural or black linen webbing.

The combination of birch and canvas belts is not only visually appealing, but also comfortable. The slight rocking of the free-floating lying surface contributes to the comfort.
