Alterego sideboard designed by Giacomo Moor for Acerbis with structure in dark stained walnut essence, or gloss or matte lacquer; interior always in essence in essence versions, matte lacquer in lacquered versions. Door with sliding system integrated in the top, lacquered with brushed nickel 15 metal finish or glossy lacquered. Base in transparent methacrylate and shelves in essence finish in the cabinet (compartment at 76cm) and in transparent gray glass (in the compartment at 51 cm). Available in two versions.
Alterego vertical sideboards are a masterpiece of contemporary design, in which the illusion of suspension plays a central role. The full-height sliding doors seem to defy gravity, giving the impression of supporting the structure, which is actually anchored to a transparent methacrylate base. This visual play creates a sense of lightness and modernity.
The contrast between the warm wood essence and the hand-brushed metal enhances the handcrafted character of the sideboards, offering a sophisticated and refined texture. The two versions of Alterego have identical structure and dimensions, but differ in the asymmetrical arrangement of the doors. This makes them unique when used individually and perfectly balanced when paired together, adding versatility and harmony to any room.
