Kauri Beam table is designed by Riva 1920 with a geometric lacquered iron base combined with top in solid Kauri machine sanded, with natural sides or worked with resin to fill its natural cavities and levelling out the sides. The table size is selected according to customer requirements.
Kauri Beam is a table characterized by the base with a shape inspired to a beam - double T shaped - and above all by the use of precious Kauri wood for the top. This type of slabs is obtained by cutting the large trunk of the Kauri, a conifer that lives only in the sub-tropical climates of New Zealand whose trunk can exceed 70 meters in height and 9 meters in diameter. Riva 1920 has a warehouse in which the boards are stored, a veritable wood house, from which the boards are selected for each table that becomes a work of art, a unique piece, original and not replicable.
