Corsetto armchair is designed by Cristián Mohaded for Molteni&C, featuring a steel frame with elastic straps and cold‑cured polyurethane foam padding, upholstered in either leather or fabric. Base is made of rigid polyurethane and covered in leather.
Corsetto combines rigour and softness in a seat with an enveloping and timeless character. The full, rounded shapes, fully upholstered, interact with a solid, defined base, creating a refined balance between structure and comfort.
The combination of leather and fabric enriches the design with textural depth and elegance, offering endless compositional possibilities.
