AJ Floor Lamp is designed by Arne Jacobsen for Louis Poulsen with shade in spun steel and base in die cast zinc, wet painted in different colors: White, Black, Aubergine, Dark Green, Dark Grey, Light Grey, Midnight Blue, Pale Petroleum, Rusty Red, Yellow Ochre.

Designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1960 for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen (Radisson Blu). The light contributed to the total design concept of the hotel. Several of the hotel items have achieved design icon status today, and among the lighting products the AJ lamps in particular have become world renowned.
The fixture emits downward directed light. The angle of the shade can be adjusted to optimize light distribution. The shade is painted white on the inside to ensure a soft comfortable light.
