Curule chair of Ligne Roset is a re-edition of Pierre Paulin's early 1980s seat which was displayed at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs.
At one time, with the name Curule indicated the chair of honor with the basis of X reserved for those who held certain offices.
Structure in curved solid beech slats, cut from the same piece of wood and assembled using threaded steel posts and rivets.
Seat and arms in beech. Backrest in soft pigmented full grain hide. Seat folds in the centre.
Available in matt varnished black-stained beech or walnut with backrest in black hide.
The name Pierre Paulin is stamped on every chair, on the lower rear part of the frame.
