His commitment to excellence led him to pursue a Master's in Design at the University of New South Wales in Australia, further enriching his knowledge base.

Accolades have followed, with consecutive Red Dot Concept Design awards in 2006 and 2007, and the title of Designer of the Year in Singapore in 2008. Nathan Yong is a versatile mind, serving as a design consultant across various sectors and a strategist in the development and production process.
