Luigi Baroli, born in Corbetta in 1951, is a master of Italian design, celebrated for his refined and innovative approach to furniture and industrial design. After graduating in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano, he dedicated himself to interior architecture and jewelry design, eventually expanding his creative focus to furniture and decor.
His collaboration with Baleri Italia in the 1990s led him to oversee the artistic direction of the brand’s Milan showroom and to design collections showcased both in Italy and internationally. Among his most iconic works is Cartoons, the renowned screen divider that won the Compasso d’Oro in 1994 and is now part of the permanent collection at the MoMA in New York.
