Tapparelle Desk designed by Emmanuel Gallina for Colé is a modern reinterpretation of the old english secretaire, inspired by the atmosphere of writers houses from the past. It proposes the traditional rolling shutters in solid oak, originally used to contain feather and ink, now used to hide tools such as laptops, tablets and phones.
The desk is made of solid oak and has extras accessories such as a writing surface and a magnetic board, both clad in leather. The combination of two natural materials like wood and leather, delicate colors and the organization of these spaces, give a warm, private and functionallook at this writing space.
