Delfi table is the revision of a 1930’s Rationalist table by Marcel Breuer for Simon by Cassina, which Carlo Scarpa worked on in 1968 changing it.
The table is composed by two monolithic bases and a rectangular top, in white Carrara marble or in black Marquina marble.
Top held in place by brass axles and nylon supports.
Floor support with invisible plastic feet.
In addition to the marble and stone versions, the top can be
in float glass, designed in 2009 by Tobia Scarpa.
Simon hosts a collection of designs and products which are true design icons.
"Ultrarazionale", which Delfi table is part of, was a collection of sculptural works designed by Scarpa which were the result of carefully chosen materials, combined with well planned attention to detail and execution.
