The Baffo armchair is designed by Gianni Pareschi + Ezio Didone [1969] and reissued in 2007 by Busnelli with a tubular structure in white, shadow, or titanium-painted steel; hooks in satin-finished steel and a leather seat. Available with a monochromatic or bichromatic leather seat or with a Dama fabric seat combined with leather. In the bichromatic leather version, the angular support has the finish of the frontal leather; the Dama fabric is combined with Smooth 008 leather (fabric 101) or 005.
The Baffo armchair, originally designed in 1969 by Gianni Pareschi and Ezio Didone, was reissued for the first time in 2007 and subsequently in 2023. A lightweight, almost ethereal armchair, without padding, cushions, or armrests, characterized by the four "baffi" (moustaches) created by the curvature of the structure to which the leather seat is attached. Only two materials and a few colors are needed to create an iconic armchair. The latest reissue has introduced a houndstooth covering and represents a choice in favor of sustainability: the galvanic finish of the structure has been abandoned to eliminate the presence of lead and other chemical elements.
