The Tongue lounge chair designed by Pierre Paulin for  Artifort in 1967 is a sculptural chaise lounge chair. An expressive chaise longue, a classic in the history of modern design furniture.

It is made from a foamed tubular steel frame upholstered in stretch fabric. Its flowing and expressive shape allows the user to assume a relaxed  posture.

Featured in the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
