Globus workstation, design by Michiel van der Kley for Artifort is an incredible mobile workstation that can easily be opened and closed according to the situation. The egg-like structure is made of aluminum while the shell is in Baydur (a polymer). When opened it includes a swivel chair and a small desk to place one's laptop on.
The reasonable size and the wheels make the Globus workstation easy to move from one room to another. The Dutch designer Michiel van der Kley's attention to details make this a true work of art. The break system and the shell opening mechanism are both noteworthy.
The external structure is available in white color while the seat is available upholstered in leather or fabric.
