Classicdesign.it reserves the right, at its sole discretion to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms and conditions, in whole, or in part at any time. Designs and specifications are subject to change without notice.
1. Creating the Contract
1.1 In order to place an order for the purchase of one or more products on Classicdesign.it, you must fill out the electronic order form and send it electronically to classicdesign.it, following the instructions.
1.2 After placing your order online on the www.classicdesign.it website you will receive an automatic confirmation of your order by e-mail and the order form with your data will be filed in our data base
1.3 After your order form has been submitted, Classicdesign.it will process your order.
1.4 Classicdesign.it may not process purchases:
- That do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency
- which are incomplete or incorrect,
- for products that are no longer available. In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed .
- if we do not deliver to your area;
- If the payment transaction is not authorized
If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, Classicdesign.it will refund you the sum paid.
2. Warranties and Product Prices
2.1 The main characteristics of products are shown on Classicdesign.it inside each product page. The products offered for sale may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colors because of the Internet browser or of your monitor set up
2.2All prices and charges on this website are quoted in Euro. The price you pay for your order excludes delivery charges. Delivery charges are calculated as part of the checkout process, based on the proximity of your delivery address to our nearest distribution centre. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you an option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or canceling the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
The goods pass into your ownership upon full payment
2.3 Prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form
Payment of the product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the shopping cart process. You can choose between:

Money Transfer: to one of our bank accounts and process your order on receipt of the total amount. We will send you all the necessary information by e-mail with the order confirmation.
4. Shipping and Delivery of the Products
4.1 The shipping costs are estimates based on the information you will supply during the shopping cart process. Try to buy a product and choose your country, our website will show you the shipping cost.
Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges.

4.2 The products you have ordered can be withdrawn directly in our Show Room or delivered directly to your address.
We aim to deliver your furniture within the time quoted on our website when you place your order. If circumstances change, we will contact you. If, however, it is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, then we cannot accept any liability for consequential loss.
The products are delivered in name of the customer by the shipping company. You will become the owner of the goods (and be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods) at the time of delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the goods.
If you are out when our delivery team arrives, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to call them and arrange a delivery at a future date.
5. Refund Policy
Under Article 64 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005
If the customer is a consumer (ie, a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not buy as a company with Vat number) has the right to terminate this contract for any reason, without penalty, using the methods described below.
In all other cases is governed by the law.
In case you should not be satisfied with any item received from us, for whatever reason, please notify us by e-mail within seven days after its receipt.
We will provide you with a return address and refund you upon receipt of goods.
We will only refund goods if :
1. the goods are returned undamaged in their original packaging
2. the goods have not been used, worn, washed or damaged
3. the returned products has been sent to classicdesign.it in a single delivery
4. the goods have been shipped back to ClassicDesign.it within fourteen (14) days from the date the package was delivered to you
In any case, the exercise of the right to withdraw is reserved exclusively to the individuals who purchase the goods for purposes not connected with an entrepreneurial, business, craft or professional activity: therefore, the right to withdraw cannot be exercised by Customers who make VAT purchases or where there is an entrepreneurial, business, craft or professional activity.
If the return right is exercised in conformity with the provisions set forth in this paragraph 5 we will instruct our authorised forwarding agent to collect the goods.,
After the products have been returned, we shall check the conformity of the products with the conditions indicated in paragraph 5 above. When we are able to confirm that such conditions have been met, we will refund ONLY the products price. We can't refund shipment costs if the return wasn't due to a mistake on our part.
6. Damage Return Policy
If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately so that we may work with you to assist in the claim process. All shipments are picked up by the transportation company and signed for in good condition. When you receive product from our freight carriers, it is extremely important to inspect the carton/crate for any damage or even an indication of the possibility of damage before signing any documentation.

Please always sign and add the clause : Accepted under Reserve and , if is evident, write the problem [damaged carton, hole in the carton, smashed carton, etc etc].
The insurance can't accept any claim if you don't sign with reserve and you don't write the problem
REFUND OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS WILL BE GRANTED ONLY IF THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOLLOWED. We thank you very much for your understanding.
7. Governing Law
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Italian legislative decree 22 may 1999 no. 185 on distance contracts and by Italian legislative decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 on certain aspects related to e-commerce.
